Can I order by phone?
Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone at this time. However, you may order directly from our online website or on your smartphone.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, Creditcard & iDeal.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
When you place an order with Newgen Society we will have to process the order first. We aim to deliver orders within seven working days of orders being placed. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. We will send you an email if the processing for your order takes longer than expected. Shipping time will depend on which country you reside in.
What is your return policy?
Online purchases made through the weare-newgen com are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 14 days from the ship date. Your return form and invoice provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail or to one of our stores.
All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable).
Accessoires, and gift cards / e-gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.

How do I return an item?
Tear off the Return Form (included in your package) and fill in the code that best explains te reason for your return.
Place the Return Form together with the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable bag/box e.g the one you got from Newgen Society.
Attach the self-adhesive address label to your parcel and ship the package back to use.
How soon will I receive a refund for my return?
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from international and apo/fpo addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
